Essential Qualifications:

(a) Educational Qualification:

  • Full-time 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) OR 5-year integrated LLB Degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a Bar Council of India recognised Institute/College/University.

(b) Bar Council Registration:

  • The applicant must be registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.

(c) Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of practice as an Advocate before any Court of Law in India, AND
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a legal professional with any PSU/Government Department or a large private organisation, post minimum qualification of LLB.

(d) Legal Domain Knowledge:

  • Must be fully conversant with Civil Matters, Arbitration, Labour Laws, Company Law, and drafting of Petitions, Applications, Affidavits, Memorandum of Appeal, Contract/Service Agreements, and related documents.

  • The contract can be terminated by serving a 30-day notice period or payment of one month’s salary in lieu thereof.
