Full-time Regular 3-Year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems Engineering / Power Engineering (Electrical) from a recognised Technical Board/Institute with minimum 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD. Candidates possessing B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME with or without Diploma are not eligible.
Diploma Trainee – Civil (DTC)
Full-time Regular 3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Technical Board/Institute with minimum 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD. Candidates possessing B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME with or without Diploma are not eligible.
Diploma Trainee – Survey (DTS)

During Training Period (DTE / DTC / DTS / JOT-HR / JOT-F&A):
Placed in pay scale of Rs. 24,000-3%-1,08,000/- (IDA) at S0 level with Basic Pay of Rs. 24,000/- plus IDA, HRA, and Perks @ 12% of Basic Pay per month.
On Regularisation (DTE / DTC / DTS / JOT-HR / JOT-F&A):
Absorbed as Junior Engineer Gr-IV / Junior Officer Gr-IV at S1 level in pay scale of Rs. 25,000-3%-1,17,500/- (IDA) with an approximate annual CTC of Rs. 12.7 Lakhs.
