Educational Qualification & Experience

Executive – Exits & Withdrawals

Essential Qualifications: Full-time Graduation Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification: CA (Intermediate) from ICAI / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / Degree in Law from an AICTE/UGC affiliated institute.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in processing or reviewing claims/settlement in the BFSI sector. Past experience in the Pension sector will be preferred.


Executive – Grievances

Essential Qualifications: Full-time Graduation Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification: MBA / PGDM / M.Com from an AICTE/UGC affiliated institute.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in:

  • Performing customer service / customer support / quality assurance / data processing preferably in a reputed BFSI institution / Regulator / BPO; OR
  • Processing or reviewing claims/settlement in the BFSI sector.

Past experience in the Pension sector will be preferred.


Executive – Social Media & Coordination

Essential Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in BBA (General or Marketing) or BA in Mass Communication, Media, Social Media, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in the relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in media coordination, social media management, or related fields. Certification/knowledge of social media tools and platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) will be an added advantage.


Senior Executive – Marketing & Communications

Essential Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in BBA (General or Marketing) or BA in Mass Communication, Media, Social Media, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in the relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, event management, or relevant fields.


Senior Executive – Information Technology & Operations

Essential Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science / Information Technology or 2-year MCA with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification: Relevant certifications in IT operations.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT operations or supervisory support role.


Senior Executive – Network & Operations

Essential Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science / Information Technology or 2-year MCA with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification: Relevant certifications and practical experience in network operations.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in network support or network administration.


Senior Executive – Human Resources & Administration

Essential Qualifications: MBA / Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (minimum 2 years full-time) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management or equivalent from an AICTE/UGC/Government recognised institute.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in HR & Admin role with exposure to recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.


Senior Executive – Legal

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a university/college recognised by UGC and Bar Council of India.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in the BFSI sector in: handling legal matters pertaining to customers/accounts/claims; or review of legal paperwork and documentation; or policy interpretations/research. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Succession Acts, Nominations, Dispute/Claim settlements, NPAs, KYC/AML, Claim Processing/Fraud cases or investigations. Past experience in Pension sector preferred.


Analyst – Pension Fund Performance Monitoring & Compliance and Audit of Pension Funds/Custodian

Essential Qualifications: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM.

Experience: Relevant experience in areas related to pension/financial sector. Special knowledge/experience in Investment Management will be preferred.


Senior Analyst – Compliance & Audit of Pension Funds & Custodian / Compliance & Audit of Trustee Bank / Pension Fund Performance Monitoring / Scheme Audit and Stewardship Monitoring

Essential Qualifications: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in areas related to pension/financial sector. Special knowledge/experience in Investment Management required.


Other Criteria:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and other computer-related functions for day-to-day work.

Annual increment in compensation is provided on successful completion of every 12 months, subject to performance review by NPS Trust.


Place of Posting

Presently New Delhi. Candidates may be posted anywhere in the country as per NPS Trust’s administrative requirements in the future.


Contract Period

  • Initial contract: 3 years, extendable by up to 2 years (one year at a time) subject to outstanding performance.
  • Performance review conducted on a half-yearly basis; contract may be terminated for unsatisfactory performance.
  • Termination notice period: 2 months by either party (or equivalent payment in lieu).
  • 30 days’ leave per calendar year on a proportionate basis; not more than 7 days at a stretch; total absence on any one occasion not to exceed 10 days including weekends/holidays.
  • No residential accommodation provided by NPS Trust.
  • No right to claim permanent/regular employment in NPS Trust.

Mode of Selection

Shortlisting followed by Interview.

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; travel expenses are to be borne by the candidate.
