Pay Scale & Remuneration

  • Basic Pay: Rs. 19900/- per month

Order of Preference While Preparing Merit List

Second Preference: Feeder trade candidates (IMCP, MMCP, PPO, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, etc.) who have experience of working as DBW/CPW on tenure basis and hold a certificate of 3 months training (1 month in-house + 2 months On-Job training) from any MIL group of Ordnance Factories.

Third Preference: Feeder trade candidates from Ordnance Factories or Government/Private Organisations having Government affiliation, but without the 3-month training certificate.

Mandatory Training After Selection

AOCP candidates (non-Ordnance Factory apprentices): Compulsory 1 month extensive in-house training on safe handling of explosives, ammunition, safety norms, and Do’s and Don’ts before job deployment.

Feeder trade candidates: Compulsory 1 month in-house training followed by 2 months On-Job training before specific job deployment.
