SJVN Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026 – 100 Vacancies | Graduate, Diploma & ITI Apprentices | Stipend up to Rs. 15,000/- | Apply Online
SJVN Limited, a Mini Ratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has announced Advertisement No. 125/2025 for engagement of 100 Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This apprenticeship programme is exclusively open to candidates who are domiciles of Himachal Pradesh. The vacancies are notified for Graduate Apprentices, Technician (Diploma) Apprentices and Technician (ITI) Apprentices across multiple disciplines and trades such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology, Electrician, Fitter, Welder and others. The selected apprentices will undergo one year of apprenticeship training and will be paid a monthly stipend up to Rs. 15,000/- depending on the category. The online application process starts on 26 December 2025 and will remain open till 15 January 2026.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality & Domicile
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen
- Only candidates having valid domicile of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice:
Full-time B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline from an AICTE-recognized institute/university - Technician (Diploma) Apprentice:
Full-time Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute - Technician (ITI) Apprentice:
10th pass with ITI certificate in relevant trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT
Only regular full-time courses are acceptable. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.

Ineligible Candidates

💰 Stipend Details

No additional allowances or benefits will be paid during the training period.
🧠 Selection Process
- There will be no written examination or interview
- Selection will be made purely on merit basis
- Merit list will be prepared using the following criteria:

| Graduate Apprentice | 20% – 10th, 20% – 12th/Diploma, 60% – Degree |
| Diploma Apprentice | 30% – 10th, 70% – Diploma |
| ITI Apprentice | 30% – 10th, 70% – ITI |
- In case of tie, the older candidate will be given preference
- Reservation rules will be applied as per Government norms
