HEMM Operator (Trainee) — All 6 Posts:
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/SSC/High School or equivalent from any recognized State Board and must hold a valid HMV/Transport License issued by any RTA/RTO of India as on the Cut-Off Date (01.05.2026). A learning license will not be treated as a valid HMV/Transport License. Candidates with pending license renewals may apply but must produce a valid license at document scrutiny.

Selection Process
Mode of Selection: Computer Based Test (CBT)
Selection is based solely on the candidate’s relative score in the CBT. Document scrutiny/verification is conducted only post-CBT result for candidates who secure minimum qualifying marks.
Exam Pattern:
For HEMM Operator (Trainee):
- CBT is common for all 6 HEMM posts
- Total: 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes duration
- Each question carries 1 mark; no negative marking
- Question paper is bilingual (English and Hindi); English version is final in case of discrepancy

HEMM Operator CBT: Road signs & signals, traffic rules, Motor Vehicle Act basics, elementary machine knowledge (engine, braking, cooling, steering, gears, electrics), general awareness & current affairs, basic mathematical aptitude (10th standard level — arithmetic, speed/velocity, triangles, trigonometry, time & work, interest).
Paramedical Staff Section A: Discipline-specific technical syllabus as per current curriculum of recognized Indian institutes (Nursing, Pharmacy, Pathology, Dental Technology, Physiotherapy, Optometry, Radiography, ECG Technician respectively).
