National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 10250803 dated 30 December 2025 for recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) through GATE-2025. 💰 Salary Structure
During Training (GET – 1 Year)

Selection will be carried out in the following stages:
- Shortlisting through GATE-2025
- Only GATE-2025 scores will be considered
- Candidates shortlisted discipline-wise and category-wise in the ratio of 1:10
- Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- No TA will be paid for interview
- Final Merit List
- GATE-2025 Marks: 90% weightage
- Personal Interview: 10% weightage
