NABARD Young Professionals Recruitment 2025–26 – 44 Vacancies | Salary Rs. 70,000/-, Eligibility, Selection Process & How to Apply
National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), an all-India apex development financial institution fully owned by the Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 07/2025–26 inviting online applications for engagement of Young Professionals (YPs) on a contractual basis. This programme aims to provide exposure to policy research, programme evaluation and strategic initiatives in the fields of agriculture, rural development, banking, finance, IT and allied domains.
The engagement is initially for one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years based on performance and organisational requirements.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Educational qualification and minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience are mandatory for each discipline
- Candidates must possess the required qualification on or before 01.11.2025
- Final year/semester result must have been declared on or before the cut-off date
- Detailed discipline-wise qualifications include backgrounds such as Engineering, Economics, Data Science, IT, Cyber Security, Finance, Environmental Science, Rural Development, Design, Journalism and Management

🧠 Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
Stage 1 – Application Screening
- Applications will be screened by a Screening Committee
- Shortlisting will be based on academic performance, relevance of work experience, overall profile and statement of intent
Stage 2 – Interview & Presentation
- Shortlisted candidates will appear before the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC)
- Final selection will be based on combined performance in presentation and interview
Final appointment is subject to medical fitness.
