Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility requirements.
Educational Qualification
For Engineering Students
Candidates must be:
- Pursuing B.E./B.Tech in the final year
- From an AICTE approved institute
- Must have minimum CGPA of 7.5 in all previous semesters
For Science Students
Candidates must be:
- Pursuing M.Sc (Physics or Chemistry)
- Currently in 2nd year (3rd or 4th semester)
- Must have minimum 75% marks in the first year
Students must be enrolled in a full-time course from a recognized AICTE/UGC approved college or university.

- Maximum Age: Below 25 years
- Age will be calculated as on 01 May 2026
Internship Duration
The DRDO NSTL internship will be conducted for a period of 06 months from the date of joining.
