Essential Qualifications:
Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or officers with a minimum of two years of regular service in posts in the Pay Matrix Level-7 (Rs. 44,900/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, or officers with a minimum of three years of regular service in posts in the Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35,400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
