BEL Kotdwara Trainee Engineer & Trainee Officer Recruitment 2026
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released Advertisement No. 21001/HR/KOT/REC/2025-26/04 dated 01 January 2026 for engagement of Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I on a temporary basis for its Kotdwara Unit and various project locations across India. This recruitment drive is aimed at hiring young engineering and finance graduates for BEL’s defence and strategic electronics projects. Selection Process
The selection procedure will be conducted in multiple well-defined stages to ensure transparency and merit-based recruitment:

Candidates must first register online within the stipulated dates. Without pre-registration, participation in the selection process will not be allowed. - Written Test
