Selected candidates will be appointed on a regular basis on probation of 3 years at the initial of the pay scale as per Punjab C.S.R. / as notified by BBMB or DC Rate, whichever is higher.

Important Exam Rules
- Part-I will be attempted on OMR-based Answer Sheet; Part-II on the Question Booklet itself.
- Each question in Part-I carries 1 mark. Negative marking applies — 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Passing marks for Part-I: 40% for UR/EWS and 35% for OBC/ST candidates.
- Part-II will be evaluated only for candidates who qualify Part-I.
- Qualifying marks for Part-II: 45% for UR/EWS and 40% for OBC/ST candidates.
- Final Merit List will be prepared category-wise by adding marks of Part-I and Part-II.
- 5 times the number of vacancies in each category will be called for Original Document Screening.
