1️⃣ Credit Analyst
Minimum Qualification:
- CA / CMA, OR
- MBA (Finance) from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks, OR
- Graduation from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks along with any one of the following:
- CAIIB
- Diploma in Retail Banking
- Certificate Course in MSME
- Certified Credit Professional
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Credit Analyst in Bank / NBFC / Rating Agency
2️⃣ Technical Manager / Regional Technical Manager
Minimum Qualification:
- B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil) / B.E. (Civil) from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Credit Technical Manager in Bank / NBFC
3️⃣ Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit (RCU)
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Forensic Sciences from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks, OR
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks along with any one of the following:
- CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) / CFPS
- ICA Certificate in Crime Prevention
Experience:

Job Responsibilities / Core Competencies
Credit Analyst
- Preparation of credit proposals for new and existing borrowers through detailed analysis of financial statements as per underwriting norms.
- Understanding of market, geography and product requirements for risk assessment.
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders for timely appraisal and onboarding.
- Managing post-sanction processes and monitoring portfolio performance to ensure adherence to risk tolerance levels.
Technical Manager / Regional Technical Manager
- Vendor management for technical evaluation of properties offered as loan collateral.
- Project approvals through site visits, documentation checks and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring technical evaluation processes and recommending improvements.
- Team training, performance evaluation and cross-functional coordination with legal teams.
- Market intelligence on builders, geographies and fraud identification in property transactions.
Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit
- Building teams and systems to assess fraud risk across documents and markets.
- Developing institutional capabilities for detecting schematic and geographical fraud patterns.
- Coordination with regulatory bodies and fraud management forums.
- Data-driven analysis of transactional behavior in real time.
- Continuous staff training on emerging fraud trends and risk mitigation.
Salary / Pay Structure
- IBA-approved Scale of Pay for Scale I / II Officers
- Includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Special Allowance and other admissible allowances
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) applicable as per Bank’s prevailing policy

Selection Process
