🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen
Service Eligibility (Mandatory)
- Applicant must be a trained and enrolled Home Guard of Bihar
- Must have completed minimum 5 years of service/duty as Home Guard
- At least 10 years of remaining service as on the cut-off date
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent
- Qualification must be obtained on or before 01 August 2025
Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)
- Minimum Age: 24 years
- Maximum Age: 50 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Bihar Government rules.

The recruitment process consists of two stages:
Stage-I: Written Competitive Examination
