🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
1. VP Wealth (SRM)
- Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
- Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking) with 60%, NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales & marketing / relationship management with banks, wealth management firms or AMCs
- Age Limit: 26 to 42 years (as on 01.05.2025)
2. AVP Wealth (RM)
- Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
- Preferred: Post-graduation in Finance/Marketing/Banking, NISM / CFP / CFA
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in relationship management / sales & marketing
- Age Limit: 23 to 35 years
3. Customer Relationship Executive
- Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
- Experience: Preferable experience in documentation & client servicing
- Mandatory Skill: Valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Age Limit: 20 to 35 years
Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of India norms.

CTC includes Fixed Pay + Performance Linked Pay + Allowances. Final CTC is negotiable based on experience and current remuneration.

The selection will be conducted in the following stages:
- Shortlisting
Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualification, experience and suitability. Mere eligibility does not guarantee interview call. - Interview
- Interview carries 100 marks
- Conducted in personal / telephonic / video mode
- CTC Negotiation
Final salary will be negotiated individually with shortlisted candidates. - Merit List
Prepared purely on the basis of interview performance. In case of tie, older candidate will rank higher.
